Cluster University Srinagar Has Proposed New Job-Oriented Courses

Srinagar: Cluster University Srinagar has suggested launching various new courses at the two-third Academic Council meeting chaired by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Qayyum Husain , in Srinagar on Thursday.
In his remarks Vice-Chancellor, Professor. Qayyum stressed the necessity to develop new and innovative professional and vocational programs taking into consideration the vision and mission that the University has. “These courses not only meet the industry requirements and technological advances made in the respective fields, but are also in line with the implementation of National Education Policy (NEP-2020),” he added.
The courses offered include:
Master/Honors programs that focus on Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, M.Sc in Geology and Community Science; M.A. of Urdu, Kashmiri, Hindi and Gender Studies
Honors programmes in sports Science & Exercise, Sports Management and Graphic Designing and Visualization
B.A.-B.Ed, B.Sc-B.Ed, B.A-LLB
Diploma programs that cover Digital Marketing, GST & Taxation, Block Chain Management, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, German and French language.
The university will contact the Higher Education Department for requisite professorships and infrastructure support to conduct the courses proposed.
