JKSSB Submission of Affidavit for the posts where the prescribed qualification is Minimum Matric and Maximum 10+2 with Certificate/ITI/Diploma Trade, for which the CBT Examination was conducted from 17th August, 2021 to 25th August 2021-regarding.
The undertaking should be in the shape of an Affidavit duly attested by a Ld. Judicial magistrate 1st
Class to the effect that:
- He/she is possessing the minimum qualification of Matric and Maximum of 10+2 and he/she is not possessing the higher qualification than that is prescribed for the post as on 10-06-2021.
- If at any stage of the selection or later on, it has been found that he/she is possessing the higher qualification than that is prescribed for the post, his/her candidature shall be cancelled ab-initio, without any further notice and he/she shall have no objection if his/her name for the respective post be rejected.
All such candidates shall deposit the affidavits /undertaking either at the time of Documents Verification or in the Central Office of the J&K Services Selection Board, at Hema Complex, Sector -3, Channi Himmat, Jammu or Zum Zum Building, Rambagh, Srinagar, by or before 27.10.2022, failing which no claim in this regard shall be entertained and the J&K Services Selection Board shall take further necessary action in the matter under rules
