Project Training Manager: Rs.50,000/- per month
Project Associate: Rs.40,000/- per month
Multi Task Support Assistant: Rs.20,000/- per month
State Programme Coordinator: Rs.55,000/- per month
Young Fellows: Rs.35,000/- per month

Educational Qualification:
Senior Programme Management Consultant: Master’s Degree in any stream of Social Science from any recognized university.
Project Training Manager: Master’s Degree in any discipline from any recognized university.
Project Associate: Master’s Degree in any stream of Social Science from any recognized university.
Multi Task Support Assistant: Graduation from any recognized university.
State Programme Coordinator: Master’s Degree in any stream of social science from any recognized university.
Young Fellows: Master’s Degree/2-Year PG Diploma in any stream of social science from any recognized university /institution.
Age Limit:
- Senior Programme Management Consultant: Not exceeding 50 years
- Project Training Manager: Not exceeding 40 years.
- Project Associate: Not exceeding 35 years.
- Multi Task Support Assistant: Not exceeding 35 years.
- State Programme Coordinator: Not exceeding 50 years.
- Young Fellows: Not exceeding 35 years
