Selection Process for OIL Bharti

The selection process for OIL Recruitment 2023 consists of a computer-based test (CBT). The qualifying marks for the CBT are a minimum of 40% marks for SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (wherever reservation is applicable) and a minimum of 50% marks for others. There is no negative marking in the CBT. Final selection will be based on the merit list prepared based on the marks obtained in the CBT.
