OR

3. M.A./M.Sc./M.Com. in any subject with 10 years of experience in administration, having also contributed significantly by way of writing articles in journals and magazines, or having handled editorial work in a standard magazine or journal.

SKUAST Kashmir Recruitment Application Fee
